The UZTT Company provides all-inclusive operations in construction, design, manufacturing and installation of its electrical equipment, relieving customers of the trouble of looking for, choosing and trying to achieve reconciliation between different design, manufacturing and installation companies, thus, helping its customers to decrease project costs as a whole.
UZTT places a special emphasis on upgrading of the technological process, searching for non-conventional solutions that provide possibilities to adapt to changing market environment. The company is developing new model forms of package transformer substations, extending its product lines and equipment power range. Being targeted at market requirements, the factory manufactures 14 varieties of package transformer substations: capacity range - 25 kVA, 40 kW, 60 kVA, 100 kW, 160 kVA, 250 kW, 400 kVA, 630 kW, 1000 kVA, 1600 kW, 2500 kVA; high voltage 6 kV or 10 kV / low voltage 0.4 kV or 0.23 kV, in three options:
- «Economy» - substations with hammer finish paint coating.
- «Standard» - transformer substations with powder paint coating.
- «Elite» - package transformer substations with АВВ components; Schneider Electric, Siemens and powder paint coating, color to meet requirements of customers. Package transformer substations of «Economy» class and substations «Standard» can have components from domestic and foreign manufacturers.
For electrical supply of open pits, open-pit mines, and ore mines the factory manufactures outdoor stand-alone packaged switching units (YaKNO-6) and switchgear cabinets (2KVE). Mobile package transformer substations are made with solid-earthed neutral or with insulated neutral, equipped with leakage-current protection provided by the leakage relay (AZUR) (previously these substations were equipped with AZAK and UAKI leakage relays); available within the entire power range. The design of the UZTT substations is simple and compact.
Mobile substations are used for hooking up electric shovels, high-voltage motors, power transformers, drilling rigs, high-voltage motors for drilling-rigs, dredges, excavation vessels, excavators, compressor and condensing units and other consumers.
The UZTT factory manufactures modular integrated transformer substations in concrete casing for transmission of electricity to industrial, rural, urban, municipal and household facilitiessingle-family country-side residential developments and detached housing developments. as well as
The modular substation is designed for application in power supply systems for housing and public service facilities as well as for manufacturing facilities. The modular integrated transformer substation is designed for receiving, conversion and distribution of electric power in stationary electrical three-phase ac and 50Hz installations.
The modular substation is used for electrical supply of industrial, rural, urban, municipal and household facilities as well as single-family country-side residential developments and detached housing developments.
For areas of the Far North, the UZTT high-voltage equipment factory offers modular transformer substations that are heat insulated with sandwich panels. The substation design includes maintenance corridors ensuring easy and safe maintenance of the equipment all the year round. The substation can be equipped with any type of transformers.

1. Within working plans (the order will be included in the working plan for manufacturing substations/transformers); the price will be set in accordance with the master price-list, without any additional charges. Equipment can be ordered both in standard and customized configuration.
2. Customers can also order equipment of standard configuration within reduced time; they can order substations/transformers with any (available) power specifications (for expedited delivery), with a 50% premium for urgency.
