Smaller-size single-ended package transformer substation – KTPU-TK OPTIMA
Smaller-size single-ended package transformer substations - KTPU-TK OPTIMA - with the capacity range of 25 kVA, 40 kVA, 63 kVA, 100 kVA, 160 kVA, 250 kVA, 400 kVA, with high voltage of 6 kV or 10 kV, low voltage of 0.4 kV, are designed to receive, convert and distribute50 Hz three-phase ac electric power in systems with the transformer solid-earthed neutral on the low-voltage side.
Smaller-size package OPTIMA transformer substations with high-voltage сable inputare designed to transmit electricity to agricultural consumers, individual settlements and small manufacturing facilities located in areas with temperate climate (from - 45 °С to + 45 °С). The transformer substation (KTPU) is mounted on an ordinary concrete pad.
The smaller-size package transformer substation differs from the standard-size substation by smaller dimensions, improved arrangement and physical configuration. These substations have optimum balance between the price and quality.
Substations have air HV input and cable or air LV outputs.
Specifications for smaller-size package OPTIMA substations with air input
On their low voltage side, substations OPTIMA have input master switch - RTS (RS); the meter of SET type is installed for energy metering; the outgoing lines have automatic circuit-breakers. Their number and rated current are indicated in the table.
On its high voltage side, the KTPU-TV OPTIMA substation has bushing IPU insulators and high-voltage fuses (PKT).
The delivery includes high-voltage and low-voltage switchgear cabinets, (TMG or TM power transformers are delivered at request).
Thermal stability current on the HV side within 1sec - 5.0 kA.
Current of electro-dynamic stability in the HV side - 12.5 kA.
