Oil-cooled power transformers have certificate of conformity No. ROSS RU.AV28.V00284.
TMZ-type transformers with capacity ranging from 250 kVA, 400 kW, 630 kVA, 1000 kW, 1600 kVA, to 2500 kVA, with voltage of 10 kV or 6 kV /0.4 kV or 0.23 kV are used in package transformer substations, type KTPN, and BKTP, and are also used in municipal facilities, civil construction, farming operations as components.
Specifications for TMZ power transformers:
Transformers are offered in hermetically sealed configuration; oil is protected by dry nitrogen (nitrogen cushion between the oil level and the transformer lid).
The transformer has a three-legged flat-laminated magnetic core made of cold-rolled electrical steel.
Windings are multiple-layer, cylindrical; made of aluminum wire.
The TMZ transformer has a welded rectangular tank that is filled with transformer oil.
The transformer lid is flat; it is secured with bolts to the tank framework. HV entrance bushings are detachable and insulation-type; LV entrance bushings are bus-type. Entrance bushings are located on the end walls of the tank.
At the customer's request, TMZ transformers can be equipped with the skid so that they could be moved. Transformers are transported in completely assembled form and filled up with oil.
